EGG WHITE BITES

INGREDIENTS

16-ounce container egg whites

2 bell peppers, chopped

1 cup spinach, chopped

Salt and pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

GREASE muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

WHISK egg whites, peppers, spinach, and salt and pepper in large bowl. 

POUR mixture into muffin pan.

BAKE for 15–17 minutes or until the eggs are set.
