What You Will Do:

We are looking for an Applicaitons Development Manager help us further expand the movement and support us during a period of explosive growth. Reporting to the VP of Technology, will be responsible for leading a team of App developers and engineers in order to find solutions to technical and functional problems while maintaining the current mobile application environment. 

Essential Functions

The Applications Development Manager will be responsible for project oversite from conception to implementation, designing and developing mobile application architecture, and providing guidance on technical issues. To be successful in this role the individual should be comfortable working within a team, have keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills. in this role you will be expected to have strong leadership qualities, be able to provide guidance and support and be highly accurate. The Applications Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. The role is further responsible for setting and implementing policies and procedures related to the application quality standards and testing. 

 

  • Manages a team of analysts or developers responsible for the organization’s internal application development and analysis function. Experience with Scrums and Sprint teams.

  • Responsible for evaluating current applications to determine technical changes, schedules projects, resources and monitors project timelines

  • Experience managing Dev and Production environments, full life cycle experience 

  • Oversees feasibility researches, estimates project timeline and cost

  • Ensures that project/department milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets. 

  • Software security experience, ensure all security threats solutions are designed into architecture

  • Deliver on time and on budget

  • Hands on experience with Javascript, Python, React-native, Net Core, AWS

  • Some experience with Unreal

  • Develops and integrates best practices and technology standards 

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

  • BS Degree in Computer / Networking or relevant experiences accepted

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the IT field

  • Extensive knowledge of software and its application

  • Experience in cloud-based computing environments

  • Experience in package upgrades & conversions

  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members

  • Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives

  • Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel

  • Goal and deadline oriented

  • Dependable

 

SKILLS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have experience with:

  • CMS management

  • CRM management

  • Data management

  • Zapier

  • Google Suite

  • Slack

  • Squarespace/Wordpress (or similar development/website software)

  • Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Post Affiliate Pro or similar software

  • SamCart or similar e-commerce system

  • ActiveCampaign or similar ESP

  • Kajabi or similar software
