Reporting into the Founder and CEO, The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for all tactics, programs, and strategies that drive lead generation and create interest and demand for the FASTer Way to Fat Loss.  The qualified candidate will have a proven track record of content creation distributed amongst Public Relations, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Advertising, Strategic Relationships, Direct, Event, Channel and Digital / Online Marketing to drive lead generation and brand awareness for FASTer Way products. 

The Vice President of Marketing works cross-functionally with Operations and Sales teams to ensure proper messaging of features, benefits and positioning. This position is also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all advertising and marketing functions to achieve the FASTer Way’s objective of sales, growth, profits, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning on a national basis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive vision and integrated channel strategies for growth marketing efforts to exceed targets, with a focus on improving LTV : CAC. This includes managing responsibility to reach customer acquisition goals across digital (paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, programmatic, affiliate, mobile/app, video, emerging, and traditional channel marketing).

  • Focus on delivering an agreed number of high-quality, qualified leads to sales in support of new ACV targets.

  • Responsible for competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.

  • Lead strategic planning and the development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation, brand identity, product marketing, content marketing, creative, marketing communications, corporate events, social media, corporate website, communities, and public relations.

  • Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements. Define metrics of success, measure impact and performance, and optimize to hit target results.

  • Oversee creative services for internal and external target audiences.

  • Drive website optimization initiatives partnering with the sales team targeting sales strategies.

  • Further merchandising and apparel initiatives through data driven marketing strategies.

  • Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with industry media to evangelize brand, mission, and movement in the market.

  • Responsible for creating annual or biannual strategic and tactical marketing plans.

  • Maintain complete sales material support for indirect channel and partnership sales.

Qualifications: 

  • You are an energetic and skilled marketing visionary with deep experience (10+ years) preferably in digital nutrition/fitness or relatable industry. 7+ years leading high-performing marketing team members (internally and externally).

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master of Business Administration in related discipline preferred.

  • You are an intellectual thought-leader with the proven strategic ability to create a marketing organization that is clearly both fully aligned with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss’s goals, aspirations and strategies.

  • Along with your solid understanding of platforms and demonstrated success with CRM and marketing automation, analytics, and PPC, you have proven skills sourcing high volumes of MQLs via a mix of partner, digital ads, traditional advertising, sponsorship, etc. In addition, you are experienced and conversant in digital and social marketing. You understand the role that a great marketing team can play in creating and establishing a brand. You are confident, organized, professional, creative and an adept problem-solver.

Essential Functions

The Enterprise CRM and Digital Platforms Manager manages all aspects of client administrative and database support, tech and membership support.

 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think strategically while paying attention to financial and operational details, proactively solve problems and get results. The individual will be responsible for our entire HubSpot platform and using it to improve the return on our marketing investments by leveraging best practices and different technology, metrics, and processes to attract, nurture and convert prospects into clients. The crux of the role will be to establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. This position will play a key role in helping us achieve our growth goals, brand initiatives, and objectives. 

 

Ideal candidate has: 

  • CRM and HubSpot platform management experience

Essential Functions

The VP of Technology will provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives across the organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Technology is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems. This role is responsible for being the technical visionary and requires the individual to be both strategic and a successful implementor. This role enables the entire IT organization by providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively manage the organization and ensure financial strength and operational efficiency. This role has a strong working knowledge of relevant sources of data, including digital paid media campaigns, social media, websites, CRM and quantitative and qualitative research. It is essential for the individual to have strong client relationships and business development skills. The individual has experience with various online code languages and libraries but will not be responsible for daily engineering or code development. The VP of Technology must be a strong project manager, goal and deadline-oriented and able to work effectively with a variety of team members and partners. 

  • Set technical direction for the company, across all platforms, integrations, systems, and security

  • Responsible for the delivery of platform modifications and enhancements for strategic projects.

What You Will Do: 

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of New Client and VIP Membership leads the post sales strategy and success of clients within FASTer Way to Fat Loss (FWTFL) from the start of their journey in the six week program through to the membership program. As head of the department, they oversee the new client and VIP membership teams. The Director of New Client and VIP Membership provides organizational thought leadership through understanding, anticipating, and identifying needs of all clients. Additionally, they help develop and refine marketing-related outreach. Candidates must be willing to relocate; if not local, and work in the Largo, Florida offices.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and achieve desired business results and team KPIs including higher product adoption, upsell identification, and client satisfaction.

  • Provide thought leadership in understanding, anticipating and identifying client needs and structure and developing new, innovative marketing practices to meet these needs.

  • Identify and coordinate strategic organizational improvement initiatives. As it relates to the Client Experience team, develop, review and approve standard operating procedures as appropriate.

  • Foster a collaborative approach with the new client membership team and the sales and marketing teams to ensure a best-in-class membership experience, client retention, and upsell opportunities.

  • Communicate to department heads on client progress, team process changes and modifications.

  • Report client feedback and improvement opportunities to the leadership team.

  • Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about programs.

  • Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that client expectations are exceeded, acting as the ultimate point of escalation for client issues.

  • Effectively resolve conflict by addressing issues and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner.

  • Partner with the marketing team to promote client success and use case stories internally and externally.

  • Aggregate client success case stories for the sales and marketing teams and use client feedback for product improvement opportunities.

  • Attract high potential individual contributors onto the team through a rapid onboarding process.

  • Establish performance goals for each functional team and direct reports.

Qualifications: 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, think strategically while paying attention to financial and operational details, proactively solve internal and client challenges and drive process management. The candidate should possess a proven record of success executing change management initiatives, and results. Client focused mentality with a strong leadership presence preferred. This individual will consistently challenge each aspect of the post-sales operational process to improve, gain value, and promote change. 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years’ of account/program management or client success experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience leading teams focused on delivering exceptional client service

  • Solid project management and team leadership skills, working collaboratively across business and technical groups

  • Must be able to grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking and have the ability to independently prioritize tasks given business drivers

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Copywriter is responsible for creating marketing materials, product descriptions, social media content and email. This person is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid messaging changes. The Copywriter will be called upon to assist the marketing team in tracking and analyzing data in order to constantly improve marketing copy.             

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Create marketing copy that reflects the FASTer Way brand voice to promote our products/services

  • Stay up to date on new research and brand direction

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to illustrate projects and objectives

  • Interpret briefs with Project Coordinator to understand project requirements

  • Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)

  • Develop keyword strategy and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

  • Prepare well-structured drafts

  • Create or edit copy before publication

  • Submit work to editors for input and approval

  • Identify clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

  • Ensure all-around consistency of brand (style, fonts, images and tone)

  • Develop sales copy for website, email marketing, and social media marketing

QUALIFICATIONS:

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Sr Manager of eCommerce & Supply Chain will lead our fast-growing online consumables & merchandise shop to become a $10M+ business in the next 12 months. The Sr Manager, eCommerce & Supply Chain will work directly with the Founder/CEO to select new products to expand to the eCommerce offering for Faster Way Coaches & Members, as well as the general public. This individual will be responsible to work with suppliers to get the very best cost & quality for every SKU and to ensure a flawless fulfillment and delivery to the end customer. Using insights & analytics, the Sr Manager, eCommerce & Supply Chain will consistently optimize the business for continued growth and becoming the absolute best brand in the market. If not local, the candidate must be willing to relocate to and work in the Largo, Florida office.

More Specifically, You Will: 

  • Source:

    • Identify and manage the best contract manufacturers/suppliers, based on price, quality, performance and service levels

    • Own the quality assurance (QA) process for all consumables products coming into the supply chain

    • Coordinate ordering (placing Purchase Orders), delivery (confirming ASN & receiving), and invoicing processes from start to finish

  • Track:

    • Build and maintain the forecast and inventory projections to meet market demand and avoid product stockouts

Essential Functions

The Web Development Manager will be responsible for project oversite from conception to implementation, designing and developing web architecture, and providing guidance on technical issues. To be successful in this role the individual should be comfortable working within a team, have keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills. in this role you will be expected to have strong leadership qualities, be able to provide guidance and support and be highly accurate. The Web Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. 

 

  • Proficiency in programming languages

  • Strong technical architecture experience, with integrations between multiple software packages and App integration

  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Provides leadership, direction, and planning to subordinate staff to ensure that the web environment is maintained or enhanced

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness

  • Understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools

Essential Functions

The Senior Applications Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing new products and platforms associated with the organization’s mobile application product. In this role you will be expected to work with a team of engineers in a fast-paced and changing environment to adapt our mobile application product to the needs of our end users. This level is distinguished from other roles but exercises no or limited supervisory responsibilities. This role requires a high level of specialized knowledge, abilities, skills, and experience and often exercises independent judgement in the performance of their duties. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for formulation of recommendations consistent with directives, policies, standards, and regulations associated with the companies’ mobile applications. To be successful in this role the individual should be comfortable working within a team, have keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills. The role is further responsible for following policies and procedures related to the application quality standards and testing. 

 

  • Leads in the configuration, maintenance, enhancement and support of commercial software packages, internally developed applications, and web services.

  • Leads in the customization and addition of new features to commercial software packages and internally developed applications according to end user requests.

  • Leads the maintenance of day-to-day operations of various applications.

Essential Functions

The Affiliate Relations and Database Coordinator is responsible for coordinating back-end technical support duties to ensure the smooth execution of our organization’s programs. This role is responsible for identifying any problems in the system, anticipate potential issues and repair systems and software when necessary.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to plan and schedule activities associated with the processing of customer data with minimal direction for multiple clients simultaneously.  Monitor data file exchanges for accuracy, technical requirements, file transmission protocol, and decipher/correct file errors.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical staff - both internal and external to the organization.

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company operations to support requests effectively.

  • Develop and document process improvement initiatives to minimize data errors and increase efficiency

  • Design, develop and test interfaces and upgrades to existing systems.

The Client Success Representative corresponds through multiple channels of communication in order to answer questions and/or address any concerns our clients, coaches, and/or community members may have. The duties of this role include, but are not limited to, handling many inbound/outbound calls to and from clients, coaches, and/or community members, listening to their needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.  The role is expected to be aware of weekly/daily/monthly campaigns and manage portions that are assigned to them. Close consistent communication should be given to the internal/external team members by providing feedback on calls with clients in order to best serve our growing customer base. 

  • Provide world-class service for current FASTer Way clients, coaches, and community members

  • Engage in multi-platform outreach to nurture prospects and ensure strong growth of both new client and VIP programs

  • Proactively communicate with clients who would like to initiate a change in their new client or VIP membership status

  • Provide consistent high quality customer service experience to all conversations that lead to a quality client experience and ultimately to increased client retention.

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns resolving customer complaints via phone, text and/or email in less than two hours

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support 

  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items. 

  • Report and track specific KPIs and benchmarks

Essential Functions

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think strategically. A knowledge of both typography and color theory is critical. This role will often find themselves juggling several projects almost simultaneously. This position is expected to collaborate with other designers as well as our sales and marketing departments to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our customer base. It is essential to confer in advance and offer suggestions to team members, as well as understand what is required for a design standpoint.  Job duties include, but are not limited to, developing graphics both for print and digital platforms that enhance our accompanying text and convey an accurate message. Past experience with substantial portfolio examples of successful campaigns would be beneficial. 

 

Ideal candidate has: 

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

  • Create visualizations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project

Essential Functions

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for developing and testing new products and platforms associated with the organization’s application products and software. The duties of this role include, but are not limited to , assessing customer and business needs, designing and testing software and creating hardware components. In this role you will be expected to work with a team of engineers in a fast-paced and changing environment to adapt our mobile application product to the needs of our end users. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for formulation of recommendations consistent with directives, policies, standards, and regulations associated with the companies’ mobile applications. To be successful in this role the individual should be comfortable working within a team, have keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills. The role is further responsible for following policies and procedures related to the application quality standards and testing. 

 

  • Gathers information and provides feedback to the team to be able to complete/enhance the configuration, maintenance, enhancement and support of commercial software packages, internally developed applications, and web services.

  • Assists in the customization and addition of new features to commercial software packages and internally developed applications according to end user requests.

  • Assists in the maintenance of day-to-day operations of various applications.

  • Assists in the designing and building new applications based on customer's requirements and specifications.

  • Writes and performs tests for applications, fixes problems as they arise, and assists with product launches.

  • Provides technical support and troubleshoots problems related to applications.

Position Summary Description:

Reporting to the Director of Programming, the Registered Dietitian will provide advice and counsel to others on food and nutrition via live and/or pre-recorded training and 1:1 consults. Registered Dietitian will also provide customized expert level advice to our FASTer Way constituents. The position will be expected to develop and maintain corporate meal guides for a multifaceted program. It is the responsibility of the Registered Dietitian to remain vigilant of the latest research and developments in nutritional and food sciences.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Provide weekly meal guides for New Client and VIP programs; Regular and Plant based 

  • Participate in and contribute to filming of expert trainings for New Client and VIP programs along with micro campaigns and other filming needs 

  • Produce written and verbal digital dietary content 

  • Conduct 1:1 dietary consultations with clients as needed

  • Create new recipes  to be utilized in meal plans, online following, and/or personalized client content 

  • Create and provide dietary services that following state and federal laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with other staff members and departments on projects as needed, responding and outreach to FASTer Way members, and interact and respond to clients through various platforms regularly

  • Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field required. Candidate must also be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

  • Culinary certification or degree preferred

  • Charismatic and engaging stage presence with or without an audience 

  • Provine experience with: logic, reasoning and critical thinking, writing, speaking and active listening skills

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media, collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns, monitoring all social media content, tracking the performance of the campaign, and keeping up with technologies used in social media. This person is creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid messaging changes.             

 

Essential Functions

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think strategically. A Social Media Coordinator’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. You will also conduct market research and develop multi-platform social media marketing campaigns. You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in communications or digital marketing and several years of experience with content creation, whether that be in blogging, graphic design, or videography. You should also be skilled with Canva & Adobe Photoshop and other design programs.
