Position Summary Description:
Reporting to the Director of Programming, the Registered Dietitian will provide advice and counsel to others on food and nutrition via live and/or pre-recorded training and 1:1 consults. Registered Dietitian will also provide customized expert level advice to our FASTer Way constituents. The position will be expected to develop and maintain corporate meal guides for a multifaceted program. It is the responsibility of the Registered Dietitian to remain vigilant of the latest research and developments in nutritional and food sciences.
Essential Functions:
Provide weekly meal guides for New Client and VIP programs; Regular and Plant based
Participate in and contribute to filming of expert trainings for New Client and VIP programs along with micro campaigns and other filming needs
Produce written and verbal digital dietary content
Conduct 1:1 dietary consultations with clients as needed
Create new recipes to be utilized in meal plans, online following, and/or personalized client content
Create and provide dietary services that following state and federal laws and regulations
Collaborate with other staff members and departments on projects as needed, responding and outreach to FASTer Way members, and interact and respond to clients through various platforms regularly
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field required. Candidate must also be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
Culinary certification or degree preferred
Charismatic and engaging stage presence with or without an audience
Provine experience with: logic, reasoning and critical thinking, writing, speaking and active listening skills
Ability to prioritize multiple and competing objectives/demands while meeting goals and deadlines
