What You Will Do:

Reporting into the Founder and CEO, The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for all tactics, programs, and strategies that drive lead generation and create interest and demand for the FASTer Way to Fat Loss.  The qualified candidate will have a proven track record of content creation distributed amongst Public Relations, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Advertising, Strategic Relationships, Direct, Event, Channel and Digital / Online Marketing to drive lead generation and brand awareness for FASTer Way products. 

The Vice President of Marketing works cross-functionally with Operations and Sales teams to ensure proper messaging of features, benefits and positioning. This position is also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all advertising and marketing functions to achieve the FASTer Way’s objective of sales, growth, profits, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning on a national basis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive vision and integrated channel strategies for growth marketing efforts to exceed targets, with a focus on improving LTV : CAC. This includes managing responsibility to reach customer acquisition goals across digital (paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, programmatic, affiliate, mobile/app, video, emerging, and traditional channel marketing).

  • Focus on delivering an agreed number of high-quality, qualified leads to sales in support of new ACV targets.

  • Responsible for competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.

  • Lead strategic planning and the development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation, brand identity, product marketing, content marketing, creative, marketing communications, corporate events, social media, corporate website, communities, and public relations.

  • Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements. Define metrics of success, measure impact and performance, and optimize to hit target results.

  • Oversee creative services for internal and external target audiences.

  • Drive website optimization initiatives partnering with the sales team targeting sales strategies.

  • Further merchandising and apparel initiatives through data driven marketing strategies.

  • Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with industry media to evangelize brand, mission, and movement in the market.

  • Responsible for creating annual or biannual strategic and tactical marketing plans.

  • Maintain complete sales material support for indirect channel and partnership sales.

Qualifications: 

  • You are an energetic and skilled marketing visionary with deep experience (10+ years) preferably in digital nutrition/fitness or relatable industry. 7+ years leading high-performing marketing team members (internally and externally).

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master of Business Administration in related discipline preferred.

  • You are an intellectual thought-leader with the proven strategic ability to create a marketing organization that is clearly both fully aligned with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss’s goals, aspirations and strategies.

  • Along with your solid understanding of platforms and demonstrated success with CRM and marketing automation, analytics, and PPC, you have proven skills sourcing high volumes of MQLs via a mix of partner, digital ads, traditional advertising, sponsorship, etc. In addition, you are experienced and conversant in digital and social marketing. You understand the role that a great marketing team can play in creating and establishing a brand. You are confident, organized, professional, creative and an adept problem-solver.

  • Not only are you a thinker, but also a doer who enjoys both developing and executing a plan. You can easily demonstrate and give examples of your success driven by personal passion and energy. You have the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and can roll up your sleeves and multi-task. You can see across disciplines and are a natural and enthusiastic collaborator.

  • You are also highly strategic in your identification and pursuit of new ideas and strategies and have strong oral and written communication skills. A responsible self-starter, you are stimulated by the opportunity to make a real difference.

Compensation: $225k annually + bonus potential, compensation is based upon candidate skills and capabilities entering the role
