What You Will Do:

In this role you will have an opportunity to provide focused technology solutions throughout all facets of our business including, but not limited to, supply chain tech, application security, merchandising systems, and mobile app. Our ideal candidate as the Vice President of Technology will have a proven track record of leading a team of tech at a rapidly scaling organization to deliver on aggressive company business goals. Partner closely with leads across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance to develop and implement digital technology strategies across the enterprise suite of CRM and digital platforms and help grow a cutting-edge analytics service that delivers actional insight from data. The Vice President of Technology is responsible for developing and maintaining interactive, mobile-responsive websites and internal apps, and building cutting-edge, user-friendly tools and features for front-facing websites and internal/team marketing systems.
Essential Functions
The VP of Technology will provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives across the organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Technology is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems. This role is responsible for being the technical visionary and requires the individual to be both strategic and a successful implementor. This role enables the entire IT organization by providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively manage the organization and ensure financial strength and operational efficiency. This role has a strong working knowledge of relevant sources of data, including digital paid media campaigns, social media, websites, CRM and quantitative and qualitative research. It is essential for the individual to have strong client relationships and business development skills. The individual has experience with various online code languages and libraries but will not be responsible for daily engineering or code development. The VP of Technology must be a strong project manager, goal and deadline-oriented and able to work effectively with a variety of team members and partners.
Set technical direction for the company, across all platforms, integrations, systems, and security
Responsible for the delivery of platform modifications and enhancements for strategic projects.
Manage team through delivery, closely managing progress against objectives, removing roadblocks, and driving full-team problem solving as required.
Full stack architecture and development experience
Meet all SLA to internal and external teams
Responsible for the delivery of operational tasks related to platform management such as training and user support, user administration, modifications and enhancements, maintaining security policies, day-to-day operation & backups, etc.
Identify new opportunities for digital innovation (technologies, markets, partners, trends).
Lead discovery, RFP, project management and execution of all digital initiatives and improvements, including bespoke mobile app, network of websites and more.
Develop strategic briefs, presentations and analyses.
Provide thought leadership on digital priorities based on business, industry and market knowledge and insights, working closely with business teams.
Provide prioritization and strategic management of technology initiatives and strategies.
Actively and effectively communicate across teams.
Engage with the Leadership team in key strategic decisions and visioning related to enterprise CRM and Digital platforms.
Provide administrative support for various technologies in the stack.
Build and maintain automation campaigns with a series of touchpoints that drive client conversion and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proven work experience as a with app development, web integration, ecommerce systems, payment processors (Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net, EasyPayDirect, PayPal), CRM integration, Data Structure/ Data Lake, Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, MS BI), Marketing Data Platform integration (Clearbit, Post Affiliate Pro, etc.)
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision
Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel
Goal and deadline oriented
BS Degree in Computer Science or relevant experiences accepted

Post Affiliate Pro or similar software
SamCart or similar e-commerce system
ActiveCampaign or similar ESP
Kajabi or similar software
