POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:       

If you love wellness, and want to work for the fastest growing online fitness plus nutrition brand in the country, this could be your dream job. We are looking for a Digital Ads Manager to help us further expand the movement and support us during a period of explosive growth.

Candidate must be willing to work at the Largo, FL office. Remote opportunity possible for short-term.

Reporting to the Vice President of Growth and Impact, the Digital Ads Manager is responsible for a large and scaling portfolio, including Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, OTT placements and other current and emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, looks around the corner for trends and strategic partnership opportunities and can conceptualize and apply digital advertising strategies that align with category and industry trends and client behavior. This candidate will manage the advertising strategy and conversion tracking with excellence and work closely with finance and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign planning and execution.

This candidate must have 2-3 years of experience managing high-budget campaigns and must be able to demonstrate proficiency in campaign conversions, bidding optimization and a track record of success with low-cost advertising.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Planning, managing and executing a monthly 6-figure marketing budget across multiple platforms

  • Planning and executing comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads

  • Executing company objectives including creating new ads (working with the Marketing Department for copywriting and creative resources) and adjusting strategies

  • Understanding and developing the strategy of a specific campaign and intricate funnels/workflows

  • Managing digital media buys across Facebook and Instagram for multiple markets and clients simultaneously

  • Analyzing and understanding the performance of digital ads and making rapid adjustments based on performance

  • Completing weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest changes to the social media and advertising algorithms

  • Keeping up to date with digital advertising trends

  • Leading and participating in Coach/Ambassador calls when needed

  • Building audiences through customer data, building campaigns, ad sets/ads

  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs

  • Leveraging Google Analytics and other tools to review traffic performance and provide ongoing optimization suggestions

  • Communicating directly with stakeholders to keep them informed of campaign performance and offer insights into how to increase KPIs

  • Constantly learning and experimenting with new effective bidding, ad placement, and management techniques

  • Placing and verifying pixel to ensure proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting

  • Optimizing campaigns for the lowest possible cost per result and overall positive ROI daily

  • Analyzing large data sets to understand our inbound funnels, help improve internal data infrastructure and reporting processes

  • Managing website ad conversion rate optimization experiments, analysis, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

  • Passion for the customer journey and experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, advertising or managing digital ads (including Facebook and Instagram)

  • Experience working with Facebook Business/Ads Manager

  • Ability to manage a monthly 6-figure digital ads budget with excellence

    • Experience with Facebook monthly budgets of at least $20,000 is required!

  • Experience with advanced targeting methods including creating custom and lookalike audiences

  • Blueprint Certified a plus

  • Google Analytics experience preferred

  • Google Ads experience preferred

  • LinkedIn ads experience preferred

  • Experience with SamCart, Shopify, SquareSpace and other e-Commerce platforms is a plus!

Important: this candidate must have experience managing ad spend and must provide at least two examples of successful campaigns or client referrals.
