We are looking for a Enterprise Hubspot and Digital Platforms Manager to help us further expand the movement and support us during a period of explosive growth. This position will report to the CTO and will partner closely with leads across Client Success, Marketing, Communications, and Finance to develop and implement digital technology strategies across the enterprise using HubSpot and digital platforms. These platforms are listed below but will likely evolve over time.

Essential Functions

The Enterprise CRM and Digital Platforms Manager manages all aspects of client administrative and database support, tech and membership support.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think strategically while paying attention to financial and operational details, proactively solve problems and get results. The individual will be responsible for our entire HubSpot platform and using it to improve the return on our marketing investments by leveraging best practices and different technology, metrics, and processes to attract, nurture and convert prospects into clients. The crux of the role will be to establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. This position will play a key role in helping us achieve our growth goals, brand initiatives, and objectives.

Ideal candidate has: 

  • CRM and HubSpot platform management experience

  • Responsible overall for the delivery of platform modifications and enhancements for strategic projects. 

  • Manage team through delivery, closely managing progress against objectives, removing roadblocks, and driving full-team problem solving as required.

  •  Responsible overall for the delivery of operational tasks related to platform management such as training and user support, user administration, modifications and enhancements, maintaining security policies, day-to-day operation & backups, etc.

  • Thought leadership

  •  Identify new opportunities for digital innovation (technologies, markets, partners, trends).

  • Develop strategic briefs, presentations, and analyses.

  •  Provide thought leadership on digital priorities based on business, industry and market knowledge and insights working closely with business teams.

  • Provide prioritization and strategic management of technology initiatives and strategies as they relate to key business objectives.

  •  Develop and implement key technology strategies and solutions to optimize digital experience

  • Develop and build a team to work in a collaborative, business-responsive and innovative culture.

  • Actively and effectively communicate across teams

  • Manage upwards by engaging the Leadership team in key strategic decisions and visioning related to enterprise CRM and Digital platforms.

  • Provide administrative support for various technologies in the stack.

  • Build and maintain automation campaigns with a series of touch points that drive client conversion and retention

  • Continued education and certification in HubSpot

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

  • BS Degree in Technology/Marketing or relevant experiences accepted

  • Minimum 5 years experience 

  • Extensive knowledge of software and its application

  • Experience in cloud-based computing environments

  • Experience in package upgrades & conversions

  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members

  • Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives

  • Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel

  • Goal and deadline oriented
