Step 2: Check out our holiday travel-friendly workouts below. (Not traveling for the holidays? You can do them at home, too!) We have three travel-friendly workouts to keep you on track if you’re traveling this holiday season. Do them separately, or combine them for a full-body holiday burn!

Step 3: Attend the LIVE cooking event with our registered dietician, Mia Votapka, and Amanda Tress’s personal chef, Chef Donna, at Noon ET in the Facebook group. They’ll be showing you how to prepare the recipes from the holiday meal guide so you can make your own healthy holiday dishes!
