Who can use the FASTer Way app?

The FASTer Way app is currently available exclusively for our active Women’s VIP membership clients. While the app is available to download from the Apple and Android app stores, all content is locked until you sign in with your VIP email address.

Can I use the app on my Apple or Android device?

Yes! The FASTer Way app is available for iOS in the Apple App Store, and for Android in the Google Play App Store:

Is there a cost to use the FASTer Way app?

No! There is no additional cost to use the FASTer Way app if you’re an active VIP membership client. Access to the app is included in your monthly membership!

Can I pay for app access even if I’m not a VIP member?

The FASTer Way app is offered exclusively to active VIP members. We do not offer access to the app as a standalone option.

What data is collected when I use the FASTer Way app?

The FASTer Way app collects your email address to verify your membership. It will also track your usage of the app. No other personally identifiable information will be collected.

Why don’t I see notifications and alerts from the app?

Notifications are turned on by default for the FASTer Way app, but if you would like to adjust them, or turn them back on if you have turned them off, please follow these steps:

iPhone: Open your Settings app, and tap Notifications. Then, click FASTer Way.

Android: Open your Settings app, and tap Apps & notifications, followed by Notifications. Then, tap the FASTer Way app name.

From there, you may allow/not allow, and then select which types of alerts you’d like to receive.

What kind of notifications and alerts will I receive from the app?

When you schedule a workout via the in-app calendar, you will receive reminders 12 hours before the workout, as well as 1 hour before.

From time to time, the FASTer Way team will send announcements and alerts via these push notifications.

What happens to the videos I download? Am I able to use the app when I’m offline?

You may download videos for offline viewing by clicking the cloud icon at the top right corner of the page. If the cloud icon does not appear, that video is not available for download. Once you click the cloud, please wait a few minutes for the video to sync to your device (you may follow along with the progress bar, as well as the updated icon, which shows you in real-time how complete the download is).

Once that is completed, the videos will be available in your Downloads tab, and available to watch even when you don’t have internet or data access.

However, the video itself is not stored on your device, and is not available to transfer to other devices or uploaded to other platforms. If you cancel or pause your VIP membership, you will no longer have access to videos or other material that you downloaded for offline viewing.

How do I use Airplay and Chromecast with the app?

To use AirPlay and Chromecast, make sure you are within range and connected to the device or network.

When you’re playing a video inside the FASTer Way app, look for the icon of the device you’re trying to connect to in the bottom right of the video.

Press the icon and you’ll be connected! If you need additional troubleshooting, please check all connections and then reach out to your Airplay or Chromecast support team.

May I access the FASTer Way app on multiple devices?

Yes—as long as you are the one logging in. You may download the FASTer Way app for iOS or Android and log in using your FASTer Way Portal account information.

However, please note that we do monitor logins for security, and if we determine that you are sharing your login with someone else, we may freeze or disable your access to the app.
