We are looking for a Project Manager to help further expand the movement and support us during a period of explosive growth.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful task planning, assignment, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects. This person will take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into interdepartmental project plans. Requires a “Can-do” attitude that fosters a positive, productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several major and/or minor initiatives simultaneously across multiple teams.

  2. Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to, and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

  3. Develop robust project plans to ensure excellence over time, aligning resources, due dates, critical paths and task contingencies

  4. Lead the execution of project plans and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure timelines and milestones are set and goals are achieved

  5. Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices

  6. Define the type of work/content needed for the requested project/outcome

  7. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards

  8. Manage project issues and risks, and participate in quality issue resolution to mitigate impact to company baseline

  9. Build and promote positive relationships with all stakeholders, including department leadership and their respective teams

  10. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members

  11. Communicate with other team members regularly to align projects, best practices, and shared learnings and insights

  12. Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

  13. Work directly in project management tools to track, manage, and deliver projects and tasks on time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred

  2. 5-8 years of project management and related experience

  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  4. Proven ability to solve problems creatively

  5. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

  6. Excellent analytical skills

  7. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

  8. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
