POSITION REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

STATUS: Contractor, Part-Time

LOCATION: Largo, Florida (remote will be considered for highly qualified candidates)

COMPENSATION: monthly stipend + commission

BENEFITS: Not eligible for standard company benefits

POSITION SUMMARY:

FASTer Way to Fat Loss is looking for high-performing, “swing for the fences” Sales Representatives to convert leads and prospects into community members/clients. 

Representatives work directly with a Sales Manager to increase the number of new clients each month in the FASTer Way program.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Building relationships with qualified leads via email, SMS, phone, chat, social media and any other relevant platforms

  • Executing 50-100 outbound activities per day

  • Following FASTer Way sales playbooks and strategies

  • Taking part in weekly team calls/meetings to review upcoming sales initiatives and strategies

  • Providing accurate reports and activity updates to the Sales Manager

  • Metrics/Success measured by:

    • Conversion goals met by week and by month

    • Weekly outreach and outbound activity metrics met

    • Overall growth of new client pipeline each month
