INGREDIENTS

Salad:

1 large head green leaf lettuce, torn into pieces (about 6 cups) 

½ pound thinly sliced deli turkey 

2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 

1 avocado, cubed 

½ red onion, thinly sliced 

Dressing:

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 

½ teaspoon salt 

¼ teaspoon pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS

DIVIDE the lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, avocado, and onion among four bowls.

WHISK together the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

DRIZZLE over the salad.
