2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken

½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes

¼ cup vegan pesto

4 leaves romaine lettuce, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

COMBINE chicken, tomatoes, and pesto in a small mixing bowl. 

TOP each lettuce leaf with chicken salad.
